Abstract

En la época actual, la participación de las mujeres es trascendental para el desarrollo del país; en investigación, la mujer mexicana ha avanzado de manera inmejorable en los últimos cincuenta años, sin embargo los apoyos para mejorar las condiciones en investigación, no se han ofrecido totalmente, no hemos podido perfeccionar en lo que respecta a la equidad de género y el desarrollo de oportunidades frente al hombre. El propósito del presente trabajo consiste en reflexionar sobre el avance en la presencia de las mujeres en investigación, crítica la carencia de apoyo para lograr un progreso, propone posibles políticas publicas podrían promoverse en el país para propiciar una mayor igualdad y equidad de género.
