El Mercado De Trabajo Y Los Emprendimientos Desde Una Perspectiva De Gã‰Nero

Abstract

La investigación es un análisis teórico crítico de los factores relevantes que repercuten en la participación activa de la mujer en emprendimiento dentro del sector turístico del cantón Guaranda, provincia Bolívar, Ecuador. Históricamente la mujer ha sido víctima de la exclusión y discriminación desde diferentes factores, en particular por una sociedad eminentemente machista y patriarcal, radicalizado en sectores vulnerables indígenas y afro ecuatorianos, en donde afloran hasta la actualidad posiciones radicales de dominio de género. El universo motivo de estudio, está constituida por la población de las nueve parroquias rurales del cantón Guaranda, determinado en muestras representativas de mujeres que radican en cada una de ellas y que están desarrollando emprendimientos o les interesa hacerlo, que no lo han iniciado por diversas razones. Metodológicamente, al ser una reflexión teórica, los resultados se obtuvieron haciendo uso de reflexiones teóricas de la hipótesis y de la línea base que inspiró la presente investigación y que permite a través de la observación documental evidenciar que el problema planteado tiene un sustento teórico veraz.
