Abstract

Hoy en día las personas están más expuestas a una gran cantidad de información que se diversifica gracias a la globalización. Es un hecho que pocos creen en la importancia del estudio de la comunicación ya que desde mucho tiempo atrás se cree que la comunicación es inherente al ser humano, sin embargo, no todas las personas conocen la diferencia entre comunicar e informar. La acción de dar información es verdaderamente innato en los individuos pero la comunicación es un proceso que necesita una ardua preparación para lograr sus objetivos. Las organizaciones alrededor del mundo no solo deberían enfocarse en estrategias de ventas o ampliaciones del negocio, sino que deberían concentrarse también en las estrategias de comunicación que optan como organización; por lo que tener claro el papel que juega un DIRCOM dentro de cualquier empresa y los beneficios que este traería a la institución es indispensable.
