TRà FICO DE PESSOAS E TRABALHO ESCRAVO CONTEMPORÂNEO: Contextualizando o caso brasileiro no debate internacional

Abstract

O presente artigo analisa o trabalho escravo contemporâneo em redes de produção globais no Brasil, a partir de uma perspectiva pós-colonial, considerando os conceitos liberdade, exploração e dignidade dentro das relações laborais associadas ao trabalho forçado e ao tráfico de pessoas. Para tal, utiliza-se de uma análise estruturada no discurso e na revisão crítica dos conceitos centrais como o sentido de cidadania e desenvolvimento. Tomando como base a análise qualitativa de relatórios de organizações internacionais e brasileiras desde o ano 2001, entrevistas com especialistas e a o atual ‘Estado da Arte’ acerca da temática, especialmente em inglês. Destarte, acreditamos ser este, um arcabouço para reflexões futuras.
