Abstract

¿De qué manera asimilan las diferentes culturas profesionales el sistema de gestión de calidad de una institución educativa? ¿Cómo asimilan los valores, artefactos y supuestos culturales las diferentes culturas profesionales? Estas son algunas interrogantes, que sirven de directriz para el desarrollo del presente artículo, en el cual se intenta dar respuestas a partir de un estudio cuantitativo que fue realizado en una institución de educación superior.
