Diagnã“Stico De Factibilidad Para Proponer Un Modelo De Cultura De La Calidad Para Los Mexicanos

Abstract

Se segmentó el estudio en su fase de prueba, considerando a jóvenes universitarios de clase media, entre los 18 y 35 años, ubicados como la “Generación Y†, con las características e idiosincrasia propias de los mexicanos. Para este estudio se aplicó una encuesta, diseñados conforme a las variables de medición establecidas en la presente investigación de 23 ítems, a una muestra determinada, esto es, se busca determinar cómo percibimos nuestras raíces, cómo percibimos y pensamos que nos perciben otras culturas, la aceptación y participación hacia un nuevo modelo de calidad; se graficaron resultados y se interpretaron.
