à Reas Protegidas En El Amazon: Un Anã Lisis Institucional Extractiva Reserva El Alto Jurua

Abstract

Las reservas extractivas eran una alternativa a la preservación de los bosques nativos. Después de más de dos décadas, es necesario medir los resultados positivos y negativos del mecanismo de gobierno del territorio. Este artículo examina los resultados del modelo de gestión ambiental y social la Reserva Extractivita del Alto Juruá en la selva amazónica de Brasil. A partir de una encuesta realizada en catorce comunidades de la Reserva de Extracción en 2011, era evidente que no se habían alcanzado los objetivos de conservación asociados a las actividades económicas. Con perspectivas reducidas para el apoyo económico, la ganadería y la deforestación son ahora parte de la nueva forma de gobierno establecida por las poblaciones tradicionales después de que el gobierno abandonó, que no proporcionó las condiciones sociales mínimas para la población local y llevó a romper el modelo original implantado reserva extractiva desplegado.
