Desarrollo De Infraestructura Comunitaria Mancomunada En La Parroquia Chumundã‰, De La Provincia De Esmeraldas, Ecuador

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta un estudio de las deficiencias en el aspecto social, de infraestructura y de falta de oportunidades para mejorar el nivel de vida de los moradores de la parroquia Chumundé, Ecuador. El objetivo fue realizar una propuesta de desarrollo de infraestructura comunitaria, que permitirá a la comunidad mejorar su calidad de vida. La formulación del proyecto se realizó en el formato de la Secretaría Nacional de Planificación y Desarrollo, siguiendo su metodología: identificación del problema; determinación de los objetivos, elaboración de presupuesto detallado a través de análisis de precios unitarios, análisis de la viabilidad y plan de sostenibilidad, la implementación de la estrategia de ejecución, de la estrategia de seguimiento y evaluación. Se determinó que es viable técnica, económica, social y ambientalmente, por lo que dará cobertura a la población proyectada a 20 años y generará ahorros que inciden en la mejora de la calidad de vida de los pobladores, es sustentable y sostenible en razón de la predisposición, participación y concienciación ciudadana y financiamiento del Estado.
