Alimentacion Escolar, ¿Salud O Tendencia?

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la factibilidad de incluir en la ciudad de Guayaquil, un servicio de catering nutricional dirigido al segmento de los niños, puesto que se ha encontrado la necesidad de mejorar su alimentación para evitar o disminuir enfermedades como la obesidad y la desnutrición, así como también leves molestias bucales o estomacales. En la actualidad existe la preocupación del Estado por el cuidado de los productos que ingieren los menores, es tal la inquietud que se ha prohibido la venta de comida chatarra en el interior de las escuelas; partiendo de esto y considerando que los niños son quienes reciben de mejor manera los nuevos cambios, es a ellos a quienes se les dará el servicio y de esta manera se logrará no sólo crear conciencia en sus padres a cerca de los alimentos de mejores características para los menores, sino también se generará una cultura alimenticia sana y con valor nutritivo esencial para su desarrollo escolar y futuro desde tempranas edades.
