Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo se abordará un análisis descriptivo de la evolución del sistema de gestión financiera desde sus inicios hasta el actual eSigef en el Ecuador, determinando de qué forma las políticas en finanzas públicas y su ordenamiento normativo, más el uso de la aplicación informática eSigef en el manejo en línea de las finanzas públicas de todas las instituciones del Estado, contribuirían al desarrollo de la gestión pública orientada a la optimización, control y asignación de los recursos públicos enmarcado en el cambio de la matriz productiva y acorde al marco legal del Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir.
