REFLETINDO SOBRE ESCALAS: a relação entre a Zona de Fronteira Brasil/Bolívia e o Regime Aduaneiro Especial de Loja Franca

Abstract

O objetivo do presente artigo é refletir sobre a relação conflituosa entre as normas de Estado e o território, em especial àquela que tange as dinâmicas transfronteiriças das cidades-gêmeas. Deste modo, no foco de nossa discussão está na Zona de Fronteira Brasil/Bolívia e mais especificamente as cidades de Corumbá/MS (Brasil). Trata-se de uma análise a respeito dos instrumentos regulatórios para o comércio (varejista) destinados a zona fronteiriça em questão. Para tal, fizemos uso de levantamento bibliográfico e realizamos trabalho de campo na mencionadas cidade.
