Las Energã As Renovables A La Luz De Las Últimas Reformas En La Repãšblica Dominicana

Abstract

En esta investigación se analizaran las estrategias de crecimiento y desarrollo de las energías renovables en la República Dominicana. Esta investigación tiene como punto de partida la ley 57-07 sobre incentivo al Desarrollo de las energías Renovables, contenida en el reglamento, decreto 202-08. De igual forma, se retomaron los programas, las leyes, los planes y los decretos relacionados con la planeación, ejecución y operación de los proyectos energéticos en la República dominicana. La investigación realizada permitió concluir, que existen leyes e incentivos, principalmente de carácter impositivos, que promueven el crecimiento y desarrollo de las energías renovables. No obstante, en el país aún se requiere profundizar en investigaciones que generen cuantificaciones continuas del potencial de implementación de fuentes no convencionales de energía, de manera que se mejoren las políticas energéticas, permitiendo establecer estrategias de largo plazo que involucren los componentes sociales y ambientales.
