Abstract

este ensayo buscar establecer la forma como la Comunidad Internacional recomienda a la inserción de normativas internacionales incorporadas por los Estados nacionales, bien como la adhesión a tipos penales en su legislación interna. Frente a esto se puede constatar que los organismos internacionales imponen cada vez más las normas e como los Estados nacionales deben operar, flexibilizando la idea de soberanía y de justicia social.
