Abstract

En este artículo se pretende exponer a grandes rasgos la historia del mundo del trabajo, desde las primeras concepciones en la Edad Antigua, pasando por la Media, Moderna y Contemporánea, y su regulación en esta última por el Derecho Obrero primero, y por el Derecho del Trabajo después; centrándose sobre todo en la Imputación de la Responsabilidad al patrono o empresario por los siniestros profesionales que puedan sufrir los trabajadores a su servicio; de ahí, las distintas “teorías†que se desarrollan en el presente trabajo, las cuales plantean en la práctica una serie de problemas jurídicos.
