Abstract

Mediante este ensayo haremos un análisis he iremos paso a paso evaluando la evolución y la comparación de los principios generales del derecho, su origen en el sistema de valores vigente en una comunidad política que se plasman por el legislador o se descubren por la jurisprudencia o la doctrina científica sobre la que se construyen las instituciones del Derecho y que en un momento histórico determinado informa del contenido de las normas jurídicas de un Estado con la aplicación de los mismos junto a los análisis de varios juristas y filósofos.
