Democracia E Representação Política: Uma Reflexão Jusfilosófica À Luz Do Sistema Proporcional Brasileiro

Abstract

Este ensayo pretende hacer una breve reflexión sobre la relación entre la representación política y el poder, desde el sistema electoral proporcional brasileño. Plantea la hipótesis de que, en Brasil, el candidato elegido por el sistema proporcional lo es a expensas de parámetros claros de representatividad. La representación política entonces se presenta como un aspecto del poder personal de ciertos actores políticos, en lugar de la aparente intención de la justicia en el reparto proporcional de las fuerzas políticas.
