Plan De Igualdad Para Paliar El Orden Jerárquico Sexista. Una Plataforma Académica Alternativa

Abstract

La intervención progénero formativa y orientadora, ofrecerá posibilidades al crecimiento humano interior y relacional, para la transformación hacia la condición humana género sensible cuidado salud en paridad de género e intergenérica. Gestión de liderazgo progénero que en cada persona toda vez, implique formación para accionar como promotores lideres progénero, en beneficio de lo humano, en tanto se configura la condición de persona género sensible. La creación de un Centro de Crecimiento Humano Interior y Relacional “Género Sensible Cuidado Salud”, facilitará la oferta de servicios de formación, orientación, consejería y otras oportunidades en sexualidad y género. Todo y más en función de la vinculación con la sociedad desde la academia, para el desarrollo de potencialidades hacia el bienestar, la calidad de vida y la consecución de la salud sexo género en ejercicio de liderazgo progénero.
