Abstract

En este texto el autor expone de manera breve, el concepto y contenido del derecho inalienable de todo ser humano a gozar de un medio ambiente adecuado en México, ese marco teórico conceptual es utilizado como hilo conductor para identificar jurídicamente los retos a los que se enfrentan los ciudadanos en México en lo que se refiere a la defensa y garantía de dicho derecho, así como la influencia que tiene la una garantía constitucional a la información medioambiental en el cumplimiento efectivo de la legislación ambiental.
