Contradiscurso E Hermenêutica Jurídica: Representação Da Atuação Estatal Nas Letras De Rap

Abstract

o presente texto discute possíveis relações entre letras de Rap e interpretação do direito. Leva em conta diferenciações entre aqueles legitimados pelo campo jurídico e aqueles cujas vozes não encontram guarida nesse campo, especialmente por se tratarem de indivíduos deslegitimados em razão de sua etnia, condição econômica e social. Realça-se composições musicais que representam relações de poder entre o aparato estatal e seus agentes com cidadãos integrantes de uma parcela populacional vista com suspeita pelas autoridades. Tais letras também debatem a ineficácia de direitos e princípios constitucionais tais como direito à vida, à integridade física e à igualdade.
