Democratizar, Descolonizar E Desmercadorizar: Repensar Da América Latina

Abstract

O presente trabalho visa compreender, num primeiro momento, de que forma os discursos foram fundando a nossa história e os nossos sentidos a partir de uma lógica de subalternização e de conseqüentes práticas coloniais de dominação. Esta análise discursiva mostra-se de fundamental importância na medida em que revela no contexto contemporâneo, uma perpetuação da colonialidade, notadamente a partir dos projetos neoliberais. Por conseguinte, parte-se para um segundo momento em que se expõe o fato de que estes projetos neoliberais produzem uma extrainstitucionalidade capaz de corroer as bases do contrato social. Assim, por vivermos no contexto de uma geopolítica de acumulação capitalista apoiada na exclusão, temos no terceiro momento do artigo uma visão dos direitos humanos enquanto ferramenta intercultural e de racionalidade de resistência.
