Rawls E Hume: As Circunstâncias De Justiça

Abstract

Rawls utiliza a concepção de circunstâncias de justiça mais ampla e mais elaborada que a empregada por Hume. Para tanto, Rawls diferencia, com maiores detalhes, as circunstâncias da justiça objetivas e subjetivas. No entanto, tanto um quanto o outro acredita que as circunstancias de justiça são materiais a partir dos quais uma teoria da justiça pode ser construída.
