Geração Y E O Mercado De Trabalho: Uma Reflexão Necessária Sobre O Tema

Abstract

Percebe-se atualmente o ingresso de um a nova geração no mercado de trabalho, a tal falada geração Y, formada por jovens nascidos entre os anos de 1982 a 2000, jovens que cresceram na era da tecnologia e que buscam conciliar a sua vida pessoal e profissional, procurando resultado em tudo que fazem. São jovens capazes de realizar multitarefas por terem crescido com agendas cheias de tarefas diárias e estão mais ligados as funções do cargo do que ao cargo em si, são autoconfiantes e desejam chegar logo ao topo. O que mais importa para esta nova geração é a oportunidade de encontrar novos desafios, visam trabalhar em empresas que lhes proporcionem um ambiente saudável e que possam lhe oferecer oportunidade de crescimento.
