Abstract

A história dos direitos humanos, assim como a do trabalho infantil, está intimamente relacionada com a própria existência humana. Trabalho e direitos humanos estão de tal forma interligados que qualquer abordagem séria acerca da concretização dos direitos não pode deixar de fora as clausulas sociais que envolvem a exploração do trabalho no âmbito internacional. Sabe-se que a exploração deste trabalho representa uma fonte rentável para aqueles que o manipulam, repercutindo diretamente na competitividade no mercado de trabalho internacional e no custo de mão de obra. Assim, este estudo pretende trabalhar a possibilidade de inserção de clausulas sociais, coibindo este trabalho, visando a efetivação dos direitos fundamentais.
