El Poder Asimétrico Y La Gestión De Personas: La Dinámica De Dominación En El Cultivo De Caña De Azúcar En Brasil

Abstract

Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar las relaciones de poder y dominación en la industria de la caña de azúcar en Brasil. Como procedimiento metodológico hay seguido un estudio exploratorio descriptivo, donde se recogieron los datos a través de la búsqueda bibliográfica con libros, artículos científicos, documentos y sitios de Internet. Los resultados muestran que las características extremadamente insalubres de la profesión, además de un telón de fondo de la falta de lugar adecuado para el descanso y la alimentación, el saneamiento básico, la substitución del PPE, vestimenta adecuada y sin respeto a los descansos; revelan que la relación asimétrica de poder y la dominación ideológica en la industria de la caña de azúcar tiene un papel esencial para fortalecer la dominación y aumentar la explotación de los trabajadores, así como enmascarar las relaciones sociales de producción.
