Jugando De Arqueología: La Arqueología Pública Como Herramienta Para El Diálogo Entre La Sociedad Y El Patrimonio Cultural

Abstract

Este articulo tiene como objetivo presentar una experiencia educativa originada del proyecto “Jugando de Arqueología en Pelotas” (Brincando de Arqueologia em Pelotas), el cual fue desarrollado por el Laboratorio Multidisciplinar de Investigaciones Arqueológicas (LAMINA-UFPel). Esta experiencia envolvió encuentros con alumnos de 4º año de estudio básico de una escuela de la ciudad de Pelotas, donde fueron tratadas cuestiones sobre la historia local y la arqueología. Las actividades ocurrieron entre los meses de mayo y junio de 2012. En esta intervención, inspirada en las premisas de la Arqueología Pública, se ha buscado comprender como los alumnos percibían este campo del conocimiento y de que se trataba el trabajo del arqueólogo. Las actividades envolvieron exposiciones sobre la historia local, además de dibujos desarrollados por los alumnos y visitas y prácticas en campo.
