La Modernización De La Administración Pública De Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, Mex. 2008-2010

Abstract

El artículo plantea una reflexión respecto a las mejoras que en materia de modernización administrativa realizan los municipios, en este caso el gobierno del municipio de Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, ubicado en la región sureste de México. El eje de análisis es entorno a las políticas y orientaciones de la administración pública, entre ellas la simplificación administrativa y la mejora regulatoria e innovación tecnológica, orientado en hacer al aparato administrativo municipal más eficiente y transparente, capaz de satisfacer las demandas y necesidades de la sociedad. Estas mismas demandas de la ciudadanía impulsan al gobierno municipal para otorgar servicios de calidad a través de trámites y servicios accesibles, promoviendo la modernización de sus estructuras y procesos administrativos con nuevas tecnologías. Los resultados se reflejan en los premios otorgados a Tuxtla Gutiérrez como 'Ciudad Segura' y 'Ciudad Digital'.
