Abstract

La presente investigación Plan de acción sociocultural para mujeres productoras rurales de la Comunidad Monumento Maltiempo pretende dar solución a la interrogante ¿Cómo contribuir al desarrollo comunitario de las mujeres productoras rurales de la Comunidad Monumento Maltiempo en función de su bienestar social? La respuesta se encuentra en la elaboración de un plan de acción sociocultural basado en necesidades y potencialidades orientado hacia la estimulación de la participación y reconocimiento social de estas mujeres, lo que contribuirá al desarrollo comunitario en función de su bienestar social. En este estudio se utilizó el paradigma mixto y diferentes técnicas: la observación, la entrevista a informantes clave, cuestionarios, Test Psicológico Caviar y el Grupo de Discusión Indagación Apreciativa. La novedad de esta investigación radica en un estudio que logra un acercamiento a la temática de las mujeres productoras rurales asociadas o no a las formas de organización de la producción agropecuaria.
