La Salud Mental. Una Gran Incidencia En La Salud Física

Abstract

La salud mental tiene ingerencia directa en la salud física, motivo por el cual debemos aprender a ser íntegros, es decir tener coherencia entre lo que se dice, piensa y hace; pensar en aquellos que no tienen nada y compartir nuestra mesada con ellos, esto nos ayuda a alcanzar los objetivos propuestos. Ser perseverante, las cosas no son fáciles, toman su tiempo, y en ese proceso se pueden tener fallas y caídas, el secreto es no detenerse. El tiempo es un aspecto esencial en la vida de cada persona, por tanto hay que aprovecharlo, no perderlo, porque los lamentos mas adelante no sirven de nada, aparte de dar tristeza y depresión.
