Abstract

Los alcances de la seguridad social se definen por los cambios en la producción y las correlaciones de fuerza entre trabajadores y capitalistas que se ha traducido en el establecimiento de instituciones y marcos normativos. No obstante, se ha avanzado poco para realizar los derechos humanos referidos a la seguridad social, porque las posibilidades de hacerlos efectivos han estado supeditadas a los intereses del capital y más bien han contribuido a la legitimación de los mismos.
