Abstract

La cooperación jurídica internacional a través de los Tratados internacionales como forma de manifestarse la Extradición, constituye una obligación para los Estados, conceptualizados en normas de protección para el individuo, que se integran a partir de los Convenios sobre protección a los derechos fundamentales que estos hallan suscritos. Su trascendencia en la actualidad está dada por las disimiles formas de prevención especial que se ha adoptado, protegiendo la nacionalidad del individuo reclamado. El respeto a la dignidad humana es el paradigma en estos tiempos, y un derecho subjetivo del individuo; tendencias que deben actuar de forma estable y equilibrada en los procedimientos, en aras de preservar los intereses de Comunidad Internacional.
