Abstract

La Identidad Patrimonial en la Política Cultural Cubana a través del Programa Nacional de Patrimonio, titula el presente trabajo, el cual tiene como objetivo principal analizar el derecho cultural identidad patrimonial y su correspondiente reconocimiento en la Política Cultural Cubana, así como su instrumentación a través del Programa de Desarrollo del Consejo Nacional de Patrimonio Cultural de Cuba, para lo cual se conceptualiza y referencian los documentos oficiales que lo contienen, refrendándose a nivel nacional e internacional. Toma como referencia la “Declaración Universal de los derechos Humanos” y la “Declaración de Friburgo”, desde la perspectiva de los derechos culturales como componentes de los derechos humanos. La importancia de este derecho se destaca, en el mantenimiento, la ejecución y la defensa del derecho a la cultura propia, la salvaguarda de la diversidad cultural y la aplicación de instrumentos nacionales, regionales y locales pertinentes como los programas de desarrollo cultural.
