Abstract

Frente a toda relación social y de manera específica dentro de un proceso comercial, usualmente se ponen en juego la realidad de la vida y la percepción sobre el mundo. Así no es posible que dos personas puedan percibir de la misma manera un mismo evento; pues son varios los factores desde los físicos hasta los mentales, que hacen que una situación determinada, sea vivida, sentida e interpretada bajo diferentes prismas.
