Abstract

La investigación que se presenta, parte de la importancia que reviste para las instituciones culturales y para el pueblo de Las Tunas, la conservación de las tradiciones que conforman la cultura popular tradicional a través de la celebración de las jornadas cucalambeanas, razón por la que se plantea como objetivo general del estudio: Analizar los aportes de la celebración de las jornadas cucalambeanas municipales de Las Tunas, que contribuyen a la preservación de la cultura popular tradicional del territorio. Para la obtención de la información fue necesaria la aplicación de métodos y técnicas que permiten la triangulación de datos recogidos en el proceso investigativo.
