Los Proyectos Culturales Una Alternativa Para El Desarrollo Comunitario

Abstract

Los proyectos culturales comunitarios constituyen instrumentos indispensables para la transformación de la comunidad. Son la vía mediante la cual los individuos se insertan en su medio, realizando cambios en función de mejorar sus condiciones de vida y de satisfacer sus necesidades espirituales. Promueven la participación y la creatividad de los comunitarios a través de acciones planificadas estratégicamente con el objetivo de alcanzar elevados niveles de satisfacción. Para ello debe lograrse con anterioridad el reconocimiento por parte de los comunitarios de la necesidad de convertirse en los protagonistas de dichos proyectos. De esta manera no sería necesario que estos fuesen diseñados o ejecutados desde otras instituciones que desconocen en parte los intereses, objetivos y expectativas de los individuos, razones que entorpecen el impacto pertinente de los proyectos en el desarrollo de las comunidades.
