Abstract

El tema de la mujer ha sido abordado desde disímiles puntos de vista, pero sobre todo en la segunda mitad del siglo XX estos estudios se han incrementado en número y han crecido en calidad. Sin embargo las políticas y los programas que se implementan actualmente deben reforzar medidas favorables al reconocimiento del papel fundamental desempeñado por las mujeres en los procesos sociales, económicos, políticos y culturales, entre otros temas.
