Abstract

Generalmente no se piensa que el globalismo económico sea precisamente un proyecto inspirado en la solidaridad para contribuir recíprocamente en la solución o mitigación de crisis y emergencias actuales, viejas y nuevas, dado que aumentan las naciones donde su construcción o reconstrucción del Estado, de la democracia y del crecimiento económico persisten como elementos pendientes y claves para un desarrollo humano, pleno y duradero.
