Abstract

La investigación “Alternativa de actividades físico-recreativas deportiva para favorecer la salud en jóvenes sedentarios de la comunidad centro Ciudad Sur de Banes, parte de la existencia de un problema real en la aplicación del programa de recreación para brindar actividades acorde con las necesidades e intereses de los jóvenes sedentarios, de manera tal que se contribuya a , mejorar su salud y evitando que los mismo presenten diferentes patología como Hipertensión, Obesidad, Diabético o otras. Sobre la base de un diagnóstico aplicado y de fundamentos teóricos asumidos se propone esta alternativa que contribuya a solucionar el problema anteriormente planteado. Además se pudieron conocer los malos hábitos de alimentación y de no realizar ejercicios físicos para contra restar los tejidos adiposos a cumulados en sus organismo y su pobre conocimiento de la importancia del ejercicio Físico para mejorar su calidad de vida. Se conoció las condiciones que existen en dicha comunidad para realizar las actividades con la mejor calidad posible.
