Abstract

En pleno Siglo XXI, nos es imposible pensar que vivimos en un México Bárbaro, ese México del que nos habló en su momento “John Kenneth Turner” dónde dio a conocer el despotismo y la forma tan arbitraria con la que manejaba al pueblo mexicano Porfirio Díaz. Hoy después de tantos años de luchas y de logros políticos y sociales, podemos decir que nuestro México no dista mucho del México del Porfiriato. Antes existía un gobierno tiránico, hoy después de casi ya 12 años del cambio (donde el PAN a asumido el poder) y de 70 años que tuvo el poder el PRI, no tan solo tenemos un gobierno tiránico, sino un gobierno al que no le interesa su población, un
