A Categoria De Justiça À Luz De Tomás De Aquino

Abstract

O presente texto analisa a categoria de justiça à luz do pensamento de Tomás de Aquino. Examinaremos a relevância do conteúdo moral que abrange a o conceito ético de justiça a partir concepção filosófica do Aquinate, procurando vislumbrar as formas que a moral social adotou ao se servir da justiça como premissa inicial para sistematizar o corpo ético-social. Assim, postulamos que Justiça pensada à luz tomista, continua sendo uma categoria de grandes possibilidades éticas no presente.
