Abstract

El presente artículo aborda una compilación de textos bibliográficos sobre el principio procesal de oportunidad. Dicha bibliografía es antecedida por un breve comentario sobre el tratamiento doctrinal de este principio en diversos ordenamientos jurídicos como el Español, Alemán y Estado Unidense. A través de nociones doctrinales generales sobre la relaciones de el principio de oportunidad con el principio de legalidad establecemos puntos de contactos y diferencias en el ordenamiento legislativo procesal de los países correspondientes.
