El Dictamen Pericial, Su Relación Con Otros Medios De Prueba En El Proceso Penal Cubano

Abstract

El presente artículo es tomado del libro “el Dictamen Pericial” publicado en España durante el presente año por el profesor Dager Aguilar Avilés. El mismo aborda algunas nociones generales y elementales del dictamen pericial criminalístico y la unidad lógica del mismo con los restante medios de prueba como expresión de la actividad probatoria en el proceso penal. En este caso se expone este análisis desde una perspectiva latinoamericana pero tomando como eje ilustrativo el modelo de enjuiciamiento cubano. Así, gracias al dictamen pericial como medio de prueba, se crea un sistema de medios probatorio que determinan, como unidad sistemática, la efectividad de la valoración de la prueba y la objetividad procesal.
