Abstract

El presente artículo aborda una descripción de la estructura, fundamentos y funcionamiento del ejercicio de la abogacía en Cuba. A través del desempeño de la Organización Nacional de Bufetes colectivos se ilustran nuestros objetivos de demostrar la concepción sociopolítica cubana del ejercicio de la abogacía y especialmente de la pena y el prestigio alcanzado por esta organización en el devenir histórico de la revolución cubana en el poder. El presente artículo constituye un ensayo que permite al lector encausar objetivos científicos-metodológicos en aras de realizar una investigación más profunda y abarcadora sobre el tema.
