Abstract

En Cuba rige el sistema de economía basado en la propiedad socialista de todo el pueblo sobre los medios fundamentales de producción; y en ese peculiar diseño que el Ordenamiento Jurídico realiza del Derecho de propiedad, basado en formas de propiedad perfectamente identificadas por sus sujetos, su objeto y su contenido, sin lugar a dudas la propiedad estatal ocupa desde la Constitución de la República el lugar primordial.
