Abstract

El conflicto es un proceso que comienza cuando una de las partes percibe que la otra se opone o afecta de forma negativa sus intereses. Su esencia es la incompatibilidad y adopta cuatro formas básicas: 1. Conflicto de metas. Cuando los resultados –preferidos o esperados– son incompatibles. Incluye inconsistencias entre los valores y las normas de la persona o del grupo.
