Equidad De Género: Una Política Pública O Una Realidad

Abstract

En el Plan Nacional de desarrollo 2007 – 2012 busca la transformación de México, expresado por el presidente de nuestro país Felipe Calderón Hinojosa al establecer la igualdad entre mujeres y hombres como una de sus metas. El objetivo que contempla el Plan Nacional para el ámbito de la equidad sugiere: Eliminar cualquier discriminación por motivos de género y garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades para que las mujeres y los hombres alcancen su pleno desarrollo y ejerzan sus derechos por igual. Esta idea expresada en un plan de políticas públicas, en verdad ¿harán al estado consiente de la trascendencia de considerar a la mujer a participar en el ámbito económico y político del país?
