Esbozo De Los Derechos Humanos

Abstract

Los derechos humanos son prerrogativas y libertades fundamentales a la que toda persona humana tiene por el sólo hecho de serlo, son categorías de análisis sometidos a las condiciones de la evolución social, institucional y doctrinal, porque la humanidad prospera, se transforma y con ello su entorno se modifica en la búsqueda de mejores condiciones de vida. En el presente documento se expone la definición de derechos humanos y se hace un breve recorrido de su evolución conforme a las llamadas “generaciones” basadas en la progresiva cobertura de los mismos, incluyendo la cuarta generación que está estrechamente vinculada con las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones. Se enuncian asimismo algunos antecedentes y declaraciones internacionales destinadas a la protección de los derechos de las mujeres.
