Abstract

El presente artículo pretende analizar de uno de los aspectos que encierra el contenido del Derecho a la Defensa: el conocimiento previo, detallado y comprensible del inculpado del objeto del proceso en la Ley de Procedimiento Penal cubana, por resultar esencial para el ejercicio del resto de las garantías que lo conforman.
