La Relación Entre Parques Científicos Tecnológicos Y Los Polos Científicos De Cuba Como Un Espacio Significativo En La Formación De Capacidades Científicas Para El Desarrollo De La I+D+I

Abstract

En el trabajo se dan a conocer algunos antecedentes y tendencias de formas de organizaciones similares a los Polos Científicos en el mundo. La influencia de la ciencia y la tecnología sobre el desarrollo económico y social es cada vez mayor y la comprensión de esa realidad ha conducido a muchos países, con independencia de sus particularidades geográficas, económicas y sociales, a dirigir y apoyar la generación y asimilación de capacidades científicas y tecnológicos y a promover la innovación tecnológica como parte de sus políticas de gobierno y estrategia de desarrollo, ejemplos fehacientes lo constituyen los Parques Científicos y Tecnológicos, Tecnópolis, Incubadoras de Empresas, Polos Tecnológicos, entre otras, que constituyen organizaciones similares a los Polos Científicos Cubanos. El argumento principal del trabajo es exponer algunos ejemplos de dichas formas donde se demuestra que se pueden reforzar las relaciones entre las capacidades científicas de I+D, las nuevas necesidades industriales y las acuciantes demandas sociales en ciertos contextos, al igual que en los Polos Científicos.
