Protección De Los Niños Y Jóvenes En El Ordenamiento Jurídico Laboral Cubano

Abstract

Al exponer las amplias garantías que poseen los menores en el ordenamiento jurídico laboral cubano, damos una panorámica de los derechos laborales de los mismos en nuestra legislación laboral; partiendo de los antecedentes históricos, donde ofrecemos una breve cronología del trabajo de los menores, a partir de la Europa de mediados del siglo XVIII, para luego reseñar los logros en la legislación cubana después del triunfo revolucionario y las garantías laborales que tienen nuestros niños y jóvenes.
