Abstract

El reconocimiento de la intensidad y del origen humano del cambio climático ha evolucionado hacia un amplio consenso científico. Sin embargo, en los medios de comunicación prevalece cierta confusión: la imagen que se presenta en numerosas ocasiones es que el debate científico aún no ha llegado a un consenso. Tres de los motivos pueden ser: a) la desproporción que resulta al otorgar el mismo peso a todas las fuentes informativas; b) la tendencia a valorar el conflicto; y, sobre todo, c) la presencia de grupos con intereses.
